This employee resource group focuses on fostering a workplace where BIPOC employees feel valued, respected, and supported. A commitment to inclusion and support allows employees to thrive and contribute to the University’s success.
To reach these goals, RISE will:
- Organize events and initiatives that unite, engage, and celebrate diverse cultures
- Provide a platform for mentorship, professional development, and support for BIPOC employees
- Advocate for interests and well-being of BIPOC employees
- Collaborate with 51³Ô¹ÏÍø leadership to influence policies and practices that promote inclusivity and equity
