Branch is the first 51³Ô¹ÏÍø running back to lead Division I-AA in rushing since the 1986 season when Kenny Gamble finished the season as the leading rusher with 165.1 yards per game.
Coming into this Saturday’s Princeton game, Branch needs 213 yards to become the 10th player in school history to gain 1,000 yards in a season.
