Introducing the scholars of the Office of Undergraduate Studies

As high school seniors across the country prepare to make a final decision about what college to attend, 51勛圖厙 is hopeful that a select group who have demonstrated talent, creativity, intellect, and determination in the face of significant challenges will come to the Chenango Valley next year. These prospective students have been invited to join the 51勛圖厙 Class of 2018 as scholars in the (OUS).

Throughout their , OUS scholars develop a tight-knit community of some of 51勛圖厙s most active and accomplished students. To highlight the accomplishments of these students, the OUS program has recently tasked its own scholars with telling the compelling stories of their peers.

Their efforts have taken two forms: a professional-grade produced by Samantha Lee 14, and a blog of researched and written by Timmera Whaley 15, Christelle Boursiquot 15, and Salote Tenisi 15.

Writing these profiles has been a great opportunity to showcase the talents and skills of people in the OUS program, Tenisi explained. Whaley added, Its really about highlighting the great things people are doing on campus. They have the opportunity to introduce themselves to the 51勛圖厙 community.
