BETHLEHEM, PA. ‘ 51³Ô¹ÏÍø junior forward wins the Patriot League Player of the Week award for the first time in his career after scoring 57 points in two games last week, including a whopping 35 tallies in last Wednesday’s thrilling overtime loss to Holy Cross.
For the third time this season, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø freshman guard gains the Patriot League Rookie of the Week award after averaging 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists in two games for the Raiders.
Linebaugh connected on 13-of-23 field goal attempts, including 5-of-7 from long range, and added four rebounds against first place Holy Cross. It was the highest single-game output in the league this season.
Reed contributed nine points, all on three-point shots, as well as three boards and five assists in CU’s heartbreaking 92-91 overtime loss at home against Holy Cross. The CU guard followed up with six points, again on a pair of threes, and four assists in a win vs. Army on Saturday.
