BOSTON, MASS. – The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø men’s track distance medley relay team qualified for the IC4A Championship after coming in second to the University of Connecticut by .01 seconds at Boston University on Saturday.
The team is composed of seniors Ian Hill (West Hartford, Conn.), Kyle Barrett (Troy, N.Y.), and Louis DiNuzzo (Loudonville, N.Y.) as well as sophomore Luke Merkel (Arlington, Va.).
The team’s mark of 10:16.14 earned them the fifth spot on 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s record board and a berth to the IC4A meet to be held in Boston on March 5-7.
The Raiders are in action again as they host the Class of ’32 Invitational at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s own Sanford Fieldhouse this Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
