Hamilton, NY — The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø women’s hockey team finally plays someone other than the Big Green of Dartmouth in the first round of the ECAC championships. 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, who has faced the Big Green in each of its first two seasons, travel to Appleton Arena to visit #3/4 St. Lawrence this season.
The best of three series begins Friday, March 12 in Canton, New York at 7 p.m. The two teams will square off again Saturday at 4 p.m. and again Sunday if necessary.
Just two weeks ago, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø traveled to Canton and dropped two contests against the Saints. The Raiders have never defeated St. Lawrence in six chances since joining the ECAC in 2001-02.
