Despite excelling in the classroom, some high school students may face significant obstacles when pursuing higher education. The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø in Focus program aims to support these high achieving students by providing resources to help close gaps in access to higher education.

Last month, the Student Government Association along with the Center for Leadership and Student Involvement, career services, and the computer science department banded together to send 10 51³Ô¹ÏÍø students to the Grace Hopper Celebration in Houston, Texas.
