ULI’s new online Foundations of Real Estate (FoRE) curriculum is targeted to undergraduate students at liberal arts colleges and universities. FoRE, which debuted at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø during the 2019–2020 academic year, is a key part of the Institute’s efforts to identify, diversify, and broaden the pool of young people interested in a real estate career.

Starting this June, all students are invited to a summer-long series of interactive virtual events with alumni.

Career Services continues to serve students while off campus.

The inaugural 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Real Estate Council Conference took place in New York City on January 15, 2020. The event gathered alumni leaders in the industry to discuss current topics in commercial real estate. Nearly 200 people attended, including students on the annual 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Career Services Real Estate Immersion Trip, which provides an opportunity for undergraduates to learn about the industry from alumni.
